The specific services you receive, what they cost, and what each side is responsible for are agreed in writing before work begins. Those written terms control if anything here conflicts with them.
Everything on this website is general information about our services. Examples and calculators on this site are illustrations that use numbers you enter or numbers we chose as an example. They are estimates, not predictions, and not a guarantee of any result.
Marketing results depend on things outside our control, including your market, your pricing, your capacity, how fast you follow up, and how you handle the customers we send you. We do not guarantee any particular number of leads, appointments, customers, or revenue.
Where your services include paid advertising, you pay the advertising platforms directly on your own payment method. We never take a percentage of your ad spend and we make nothing on it. Your ad accounts, your website, and your customer list remain yours.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the claims, offers, prices, and licensing details you ask us to advertise on your behalf.
Where your services include text messaging, you are responsible for having permission to contact the people on any list you give us, and for following the laws that apply to business texting, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and carrier rules.
We will not send messages to a list you cannot show consent for. Every campaign we run includes a way to opt out, and opt-outs are honored immediately.
SMS Communications From Southland Growth Solutions
When you provide your phone number through our website or appointment booking forms, you may separately choose to receive appointment-related text messages and marketing or educational text messages from Southland Growth Solutions.
Appointment-related messages may include booking confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling information, and responses to your inquiries.
Marketing messages may include educational information, service updates, promotional offers, and business growth tips.
Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services or scheduling a consultation.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You must be 18 years of age or older to enroll in or use Southland Growth Solutions' SMS messaging program.
Fees, billing dates, and what is included are agreed in writing before work begins.
Services are month to month. There is no long-term contract.
If you cancel after work on a month has begun, that month is still owed. Campaign builds, ad management, and setup work are done up front, and our own costs for that month are already committed.
Setup fees are one time and are not refundable once setup work has started.
Advertising spend is paid by you, directly to the platform, and is not part of our fees.
To do the work, we need you to:
Give us the access, information, and approvals we ask for, in reasonable time
Answer and follow up with the leads and appointments the system produces
Tell us promptly if something is wrong
If work stalls because we are waiting on you, fees still apply for that period.
Yours stays yours. Your website content, your brand, your ad accounts, your customer list, and your data belong to you.
Ours stays ours. Our processes, templates, scripts, internal tools, and software remain ours. You may use what we build for you in the running of your business.
You confirm that anything you give us to use, including logos, photos, and text, is yours to use, and you agree to cover us for any claim that it was not.
To the fullest extent the law allows:
We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, or indirect or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
We are not responsible for failures of third-party platforms, including advertising networks, phone carriers, and software providers.
Our services rely on third-party platforms such as advertising networks, phone and messaging carriers, and software providers. Their terms, prices, policies, and availability can change, and those changes can affect your results. We are not responsible for what those companies do.
Either side may end the agreement with written notice, subject to the cancellation terms in section 5. On termination we will return or hand over your accounts and data, and we will stop any campaigns we are running for you.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
